DOG WALKING

Yes, all bookings are subject to a free consultation at your home before the start date. 

Ad-hoc bookings can be accommodated for all of our services with the exception of group walks where we require regular days.

We are fully insured for holding clients keys or you can provide us with a keysafe code.

We walk them at our local dog friendly parks, fields & woodlands. For private walks, if there are none within a 5 minute drive from your property we will provide an enriching road walk.

We are insured to walk up to 6 at one time but standardly walk up to 4.

We only allow dogs with good recall to be off leash, alternatively we will walk your dog on a long line or extendable. All off leash dogs need their parents to provide their permission by completing the general statements and permissions section on our portal, off leash dogs will have one of our high end GPS trackers fitted to their collar or harness.

We walk in most weather conditions with the exceptions of high winds, extreme thunder & lightning, +27 degrees or -3 degrees in which we offer free cancellation or an alternative service.

We are equipped with dog friendly jet washes and will happily use an outside hose, however we can only do our best. Please be aware if you sign your dog up for group walks they’re not likely to come back spotless, especially in winter!

We use an invoicing system and payment is expected via bank transfer in advance of the service. For routine clients that’s a month in advance. For ad-hoc clients, upon booking their service. 

We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation or the full charge is applied, no exceptions. To permanently cancel or reduce a service 14 days notice is required.
